Why is there a Tejas Club? – While the Tejas Club was founded in 1925, it’s origins are deeply rooted in the culture of the students who lived in old B. Hall, the University’s storied first residence hall for men.
The Best and Worst of Times: Tejas in the 1930s – Despite the challenges of the Great Depression, the Tejas Club finds a home just north of campus (where the Moody College of Communication is today), and its members begin to take on leadership positions in the University community.
